The Canadian Association of Police Boards represents approximately 75 municipal police boards/commissions across Canada. These boards and commissions employ in excess of 33,000 police personnel, which represents approximately three-quarters of municipal police personnel in Canada (excluding OPP and RCMP).
Each year CAPB hosts an Annual Conference. Not only can members register online, but you can also see the conference reports from previous years. CAPB also puts forth a number of publications available here in the form of newsletters and bulletins.
