Action required: Member input to plan invited
Dear CAPB Members,
Attached is a copy of the draft Strategic Plan for CAPB that updates the 2005 to 2010 plan. This new plan has been developed to help guide the work of the Association for the next five years.
In order to finalize the Strategic Plan 2010 to 2015 the CAPB Board of Directors is seeking member approval of this draft version. We ask member Boards to read the draft plan’s mission, vision, strategic directions, and objectives and provide your Board’s commentary. It should be noted that the plan includes objectives and goals that would require a significant increase in resources in order to be achieved.
The CAPB Board will be discussing the Strategic Plan for 2010 to 2015 at the 21st Annual Conference in Saint John , New Brunswick on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the Plenary: CAPB Setting the Course for the Future. Members who are attending the Conference will have an opportunity to provide their feedback at that time.
