General By-Law

The General By-Laws of the CAPB were amended at the Annual General Meeting in Edmonton, Alberta on August 18, 2006.

2. The by-law was developed as part of a process involving the Board, the Executive Director, a lawyer, and others.
3. The by-law cannot be substantively amended, and if it is sanctioned, does not take effect until filed with Industry Canada.
4. Two-thirds (2/3) of the members present at the meeting must vote in favour of the by-law for it to be sanctioned, and a quorum must be present.
5. The current by-laws are available on request from the office and on the website.
